THE FIRST WEEK OF MY 5 WEEKS´ HOLIDAYS THIS SUMMER. I went to Finland with my children, at first to my aunt´s summer house in Kitee, North Karelia (eastern Finland). 1. Arriving in Helsinki, leaving the boat att Viking Line Terminal. 2. A couple of hours spending in Helsinki. 3. Waiting for a train to Kitee. 4. One of a few quiet moments during the 4½-hour trip to Kitee; Matias reading Donald Duck for Melina and Misael. 5. A view from a train window. 6-7. My Dad picked us up at the train station and the kids (and me too) started bathing as soon we got there.. 8. Three of my kids, going for a late dinner to the main house. 9. Misael watching sun set over the lake from the window.
